*Once the BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the Microsoft Windows environment a prompt to open folders should display on the home screen.
*Drag and drop or copy and paste files between BlackBerry smartphone internal or external storage memory and Microsoft Windows computer.
*Alternatively the Internal and External storage memory can be accessed from My Computer. Note: When transferring files to the Internal memory or External memory MicroSD card, please make sure the files are transferred to the appropriate directory. For example, music media files should be transferred into the Music directory on the media card.
